  • Is there any limit on number of forms?

    No. There is no limited on number of forms. 

  • Can FormVibes display my previous submissions?

    FormVibes can only display form submissions that are done while FormVibes is active on your site. 

  • Will it require extra configuration to capture data?

    No configuration is needed to start capturing data. You can check settings page for some additional configuration. 

  • Can I restrict other users to export data to CSV?

    Yes! you can manage access via Role Manager.

  • Will the PRO plugin make my site slow?

    No. We have highly optimised code structure. You won’t face any speed issue while using FormVibes and it’s Pro version. 

  • How do I get updates?

    As long as you have an active license, you will be able to update Form Vibes Pro just like any other WordPress plugin – with the click of a button.

  • What is your refund policy?
    • We offer 14 Days Refund Policy – No questions asked. If you are not satisfied with our product or it is not what you were looking for, then send us a message and we will process your refund.
    • We are sure that you will love Form Vibes Pro. If you have an issue within 14 days that we can’t solve via support, you’re more than welcome to a full refund!

  • Can I upgrade my plan?

    Sure, you can upgrade at any time. You will only need to cover the price difference between your existing plan and the plan you are upgrading to, for the remaining period until your next license renewal.

  • Do I need to uninstall the free version to install the PRO version?

    No, you must not uninstall the free version to use the PRO. The PRO version is built on top of the free plugin, so you need to keep both installed and activated to use the PRO.

  • Will Form Vibes Pro stop working after my licence expires?

    Absolutely Not! You can continue to use Form Vibes Pro as long as you wish to. You will not be able to upgrade the plugin or receive updates after the license expires.
