First, make sure Form Vibes is enabled for your specific form plugin under Settings → Form Vibes. Then check that the form itself is published on a live page and that you’re submitting from the frontend — preview mode is not captured.
Form Vibes currently works with Elementor, Contact Form 7, WPForms, Gravity Forms, Ninja Forms, Beaver Builder, Bricks Builder, WS Form, and Everest Forms. More integrations are added regularly.
After purchase you’ll receive an email with your license key. Go to Form Vibes → License in your WordPress dashboard, paste the key, and click Activate. The Pro features will unlock immediately.
The Personal plan covers 1 site, Business covers 3 sites, and Unlimited covers unlimited sites. You can upgrade anytime from the pricing page.
Don’t panic — Form Vibes never deletes submission data during updates. Go to Form Vibes → Settings → Database and click Repair Tables. If the data still doesn’t appear, contact us with your WordPress version and we’ll investigate immediately.
